As a design team, we delved into two months of intensive user research. We conducted a series of workshops, some in-person and others remotely, engaging with users from various corners of the globe.
We uncovered valuable insights, established user personas, understood the complete user journey, and devised an information architecture based on the research findings.
Among our key research findings, a pivotal one stands out – the complete absence of cellphone reception in remote regions, such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, and more.
This leads us to a critical question: How can the app function in these areas without an internet connection?”
